Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that EcoHomeStore works with a number of independent suppliers and fulfilment partners, meaning your order may be dispatched from different warehouse locations depending on the products ordered. In some cases, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier, product, and destination:

  • UK: 2–7 business days from dispatch
  • Europe (EU): 5–21 business days from dispatch
  • Rest of World: Please contact us before ordering at sales@eco-home-store.com

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs processing, carrier delays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery address. Some products qualify for free shipping when an order threshold is met — this will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Split Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one parcel, potentially on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

International Orders — Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped to the EU and other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be applied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that not all suppliers provide tracking for every shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@eco-home-store.com and we will investigate with the relevant supplier on your behalf.
