Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@eco-home-store.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or faulty items, we will arrange a resolution directly with you — you will not be required to return the item in all cases.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
UK Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at sales@eco-home-store.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 14 days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@eco-home-store.com.
